Anthony started Performance Residential Realty Corp and loves to help
first time homebuyers. His enthusiasm for what is does is noticed right away
from all of this customers. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Real
Estate and teaches first time homebuyers about mortgage financing.  He has been turning
renters in to homeowners for over 23 years including buyers with little money
and scratch and dent credit. Anthony will work with you to find you the

Joseph Garcia

Joseph is a wealth of knowledge and knows how to find you
the right home. He almost exclusively deals with the buyer side of real estate
and loves to place people into the perfect home. He is constantly keeping up
with today market and knows how to get deals accepted. He works tirelessly for
his customers and it shows. His customer service and knowledge is always
mentioned from past customers and his referrals reflect it.
